Hello, I am Steve Case, President of S.L. Case and Associates. My experience includes 36 years in the insurance industry from sales, to medical underwriter to officer of underwriting at a major insurance company. I was once the frustrated, guilty and overwhelmed officer that was behind on audits for my team. When I left the corporate world in 1994 and founded S.L. Case and Associates my goal was to create the ultimate auditing tool for the insurance industry in addition to providing consulting services.

I have since created "CASE Analysis"® and "CASE Reviews"®, two auditing tools which are considered the industry’s first independently available auditing systems. Through the creation of these systems I have helped insurance companies both nationally and internationally have better control of their auditing responsibilities to include quality and production management, while auditing at a frequency that is informative to all levels within an organization to include underwriting officers, CFO’s, managers and underwriters. In essence, myself and my associates have come to be experts in the industry of stress relief whether through the use of our auditing systems or through a customized auditing program which we have created together with our clients. 

 In addition to providing our clients with the best auditing tools available, myself and my associates also provided consulting services in a wide variety of settings.
