Our Principal
 teven L. Case, FLMI, HIAA, majored in Insurance at the University of Connecticut and spent 22 years in the Insurance Industry prior to founding S.L. Case and Associates in 1994. Steve’s experience includes insurance sales, agency management, life and disability insurance underwriting and management, after having created Case Analysis and Case Reviews, his specialized auditing tools and software he also adds software pioneer to his vast experience. In 2001, Steve co-founded Case Professional Resources, LLC an insurance underwriting company specializing in medical underwriting solutions with Rowland Ricketts. Since its beginning in 2001, Case Professional Resources, LLC has underwritten more than 100,000 cases files annually.
Our Associates
owland Ricketts, FLMI, CLU, ChFC, FALU,co-founder of Case Professional Resources, is a 40 year insurance veteran. Rowland’s experience includes Senior V.P. of a major U.S. Life Insurer, accountable for individual mortality results and all functions spanning the life cycle of a policy; i.e., from new business processing to claims.
Rowland brings extensive background in developing leading edge solutions for the insurance industry. Among many achievements, Rowland’s include using technology to completely integrate front and back office insurance processes; responsibility for successful implementation of the first major image processing operation in 1987, and playing an instrumental role in building the first Virtual Life company in Europe in 1998.
Phil Klein - Phil has over thirty five years of expereince in the business world, with extensive experience in the areas of business planning, project workflow management, performance coaching, sales and marketing to include customer care training. if your needs are in the area of customer service consulting, Phil has the know-how and experience to help you not only meet, but exceed your expectations and sales quotas!
Qualifications
Our Principals and Associates have extensive experience in insurance underwriting, risk management audits, new business operations, information technology, customer care, claims and leadership. Our principals have developed and implemented systems nationally and internationally, automating entire processes and developing valuable management tools.

Whether we work with you briefly or over an extended period, we seek to be a value added business partner. We expect our relationship to start with a ‘no strings’ discussion and to follow a process geared to your needs. We would be pleased to tailor this process (outlined below) to your unique needs and situation.

- Engagement to perform the agreed upon work which would be documented contractually.
